Tasting Notes
There is nothing shy about this wine, so prepare for flavours - big ones at that! This Chilean Merlot is laden with aromatic plum and cassis fruits, all wrapped in spice and a hint of chocolate just as the sip goes down.
As ever with food and wine, think like with like; so this is best matched with stronger flavoured dishes such as slow-cooked lamb stews or barbecued steaks.
