If you can't sign in to your Clubcard account, please check you have entered your details correctly. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it. You'll then need to verify your account. If you've added a mobile phone number to your account details, you can do this via a one time password which we'll text to you. Otherwise, we'll ask you to enter 4 digits of your Clubcard number.
