Description

Sourdough Bread made with Wheat and Rye flourAllinson’s was founded in 1892 by ‘rebel baker’  Thomas Allinson.  We've used a simple recipe and a long fermentation process to create our authentic white sourdough bread with no added yeast, featuring a tangy flavour. With no added sugar, our white sourdough bread is a source of fibre made with wheat and rye flour, suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
