Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients: 2-3 tbsp Tesco Ingredients Rendang Curry Paste; 1 can coconut
milk; 400g rump steak, thinly sliced; 2 tbsp oil; splash fish sauce (optional);
squeeze fresh lime juice (optional).
Method: 1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok or large frying pan, add the beef and
paste, stir fry for 5 minutes. 2. Add the can of coconut milk, and simmer over
a medium heat for 10-15 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
To serve: Add a splash of fish sauce and a squeeze of fresh lime juice (as
required) and serve with rice.
