Fun indoors and out

Create some tin windchimes
Use a hammer and nail to make a hole in the top of some clean, empty tin cans. Decorate the tins with paint, stickers or coloured tape. String the tins together, so they knock against each other, and hang them up somewhere breezy!
Bake with the kids
Simple science
Test what makes a grape float! Fill 4 glasses with water. Add 2 tablespoons of salt to one glass, 2 tablespoons of baking soda to another, 2 tablespoons of sugar to the third, leaving one with just water. Then place a couple of grapes in each glass and see what happens...
