How to order your festive food

1. Browse our range
Look through our Festive Food to Order range online.
2. Choose your slot
Book a delivery or Click+Collect slot between 20–23 December, or delivery on 24 December from selected stores. Delivery Saver customers can book from 6am, 15 November. All other customers can book from 6am, 22 November. To secure your slot, check out within 2 hours of booking it.
3. Add to basket
Add Festive Food to Order products to your basket. You can add or amend these products until 11.45pm on 14 December. You can still add or amend other items not from the range until 11.45pm the day before your booked slot.
4. Receive your order
You'll receive your groceries by delivery or Click+Collect during your booked slot between 20–23 December, or on 24 December with delivery from selected stores.

I checked out with Festive Food to Order items but they're now showing as unavailable, why?
The Festive Food to Order products will show as unavailable online after 14 December because that's the deadline to check out with the items. As long as you've checked out to save the items in your basket before 14 December, your Festive Food to Order products will be reserved for you.
Can I amend my Festive Food to Order basket?
You can amend the items in your basket up to the deadline before your delivery or collection. When you amend your basket, your Festive Food to Order products will stay in your basket unless you remove them. Please remember to check out every time to save your changes.
How do I know which products are in the Festive Food to Order range?
All the products in the range have a 'Part of the Festive Food to Order range' label.
