Storage

Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 1 day.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Stir Fry
Instructions: Heat a little oil in a frying pan or wok until hot. Place one of the pieces into the pan and if it sizzles, the pan is ready, if not, heat for a little longer. Fry for 6-8 minutes. Turn frequently.

Only half usable !!

If this was cut in equal strips it would be OK. With big chunks in it, impossible to stir fry. Won't buy again.

We loved this! It stir fries up so tender and the marinade is beautiful. This is our go to meat for all stir fries now :)

Absolutely disgusting

I received this as a substitute for ordinary pork stir-fry so thought I'd give it a try. 1 Star is generous! Awful unless you are looking for almost 100% fat cunningly disguised in the marinade. I finished up throwing the lot away - total waste of money unless you like fat!
