Cooking Instructions

Oven

Instructions: 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas 6 Chilled: 35-40 mins Place the foil tray onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 35-40 minutes. Turn part way through cooking time to ensure an even cook. Cook to a golden colour, do not overcook. Warning: To avoid excess browning, do not exceed cooking temperature or time.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

This was sent as an alternative to an out of stock item on our home delivery. We decided to keep it as it fitted in with our planned meal that day. We part cooked it -smashed it a little then used to top a vegetarian Sheppard's pie and sprinkled with a little grated cheese. Served alongside carrots and fine green beans it went down a treat. It was wonderful, really tasty and made a perfect pie topping. would go lovely with fish as well as a side dish. This will definitely be a regular on our shopping list from now on.
