This is grey and tasteless, not creamy at all.
This is a very poor substitute for single cream. I used to buy elmlea single and, now that it is not available on this site i tried the 'plant' elmlea. It was GREY and unappealing and tasted very bland and not creamy at all. BRING BACK ELMLEA SINGLE
The colour was grey and it looked terrible, the taste was non to good either. Would never buy again. I binned the lot single and double
I love this and now buy it regularly. I particularly enjoy it on porridge, but also good for soups etc. I like the Plant Double cream too.
The colour is a bit off putting at first but the taste really is great. I will always be using this as an alternative to cream from now on.

Tastes great, couldn’t tell the difference and was great for cooking with which is good as my daughter can’t eat dairy. The colour is a little grey but it’s not the real thing so thats to be expected !! Great substitute at last, thanks Elmlea
Disgusting. Complete failiure.
This does NOTsubstitute for elmlea single ORcream. We use single for tea in our house. This separates and denatures in hot drinks, does not taste or feel like cream, and is a disgusting shade of grey. Back to the drawing board elmlea! Tesco, please return to stocking the normal single, this stuff is disgusting.
Unless you are desperate, don’t buy this. It looks so grey and unappetising. I thought it had gone off!
Plant Single Elmlea is not as good as the original
Why have you stopped doing the ordinary single Elmlea? It was delicious and low in calories. This new Plant Elmlea is disgusting. Unfortunately I bought three tubs of it and most of it has been thrown away. No stars out of 5.
Sorry, we didn't like this
I used to buy Elmlea as a tasty lower fat alternative to cream, and as it is a vegetarian option, we thought we'd try it again, but it was bitter with a texture like thin, wet plaster. We had to throw this food away.

Colour and taste is very unpleasant, not a substitute for normal elmlea single cream
