It's All Just APPLE JUICE
Fruit juices are generally not healthy. Sugar is sugar. If you're craving fruit juice or need some vitamin C, eat an actual piece of fruit and get some fibre with it, or at least get pressed juices and juices that still have bits, but drink sparingly! Thinking only added sugar is bad is just ignorant. Added-sugar labelling is becoming a thing because adding sugar to something that doesn't need it or already has natural sugar in it is very unhealthy and contributing to diabetes and obesity, especially in children. All these supposed healthy smoothies from this company and others are selling mostly apple juice mixed with small amounts of other juices. Apple juice is the worst juice you can drink and to think it's so popular to give to children!
Best smoothie with natural sugar from fruits
I have tasted this and is one of the best smoothie I should say. Someone was mentioning about sugar in their review. I have read the label carefully and this does not contain added sugar. The sugar mentioned is natural sugar that comes as part of the fruit which is also mentioned in the label. **Contains naturally occurring sugars Kids loved this as well. Happy to buy this as natural sugars are not man made sugar and are easily absorbed by body. These sugars are same as what you get when you eat a fruit. Kids loved it as well.
