Wet and slimey
It's handy for scrambled egg whites in the morning but found the thickener (guam) leaves the eggs very wet and slimey, no matter how long you cook them for (I don't add anything for scrambled eggs). Designed for baking I think.
Love this product as I make Keto Cloud Bread rolls and love my egg white pancakes

Great product. I find it great for baking as used to waste yolks depending on the recipe. Have also attempted an omelette and it turned out really nicely (as well as healthier...)
