Piquant with a pepper p'zazz
Simple but outstanding. The garlic butter tastes the chop as it cooks & the pepper crust gives a zing when eaten. Recommended cooking time is too short, but that's to my personal tastes as I dislike 'wet' pork. Thoroughly enjoyed & would highly recommend.
TASTY AND NOT DRY
COOKED AS PER INSTRUCTIONS THEY WERE PERFECT NOT LIKE THE PREVIOUS REVIEW WHO COOKED THEM THERE OWN WAY AND SPOILT THEM HAHA
Tasty but chewy.
Cooked them in the griddle pan, then let them rest, They were tasty, but a bit dry and chewy. Would I have them again, not sure.
