  • Soya
  • Soya is used to make most of our delicious plant-based products as it is high in protein and contains lots of fibre. Soya is a very sustainable crop as it grows very fast and all parts of the plant can be used. Our soya is GMO free and comes from France, North-America and China from areas where no deforestation has taken place to grow soya. We are hoping to source more soya from Europe as soon as the taste, quality and quantities are in line with our requirements. Watch this space!

Storage

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. For use by date see front of pack. Do not exceed use by date.Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 2 days. Suitable for home freezing. Once frozen use within 1 month.

Grill
Instructions: Grill minimum 9 minutes and turn regularly.

Shallow Fry
Instructions: Heat oil in the pan.

  • To make plant steak with baby potatoes, tomato and grilled courgette in 20 minutes for 2 you'll also need:

  • - 250 grams cherry tomatoes on the vine
  • - 1 courgette
  • - 50 grams lettuce
  • - 50 grams parsley
  • - olive oil, salt and pepper

The most delicious thing I have ever eaten

For me, this is the tastiest veggie product on the market. I look forward to it every week. I can enjoy steak night with my partner. No other fake steak product compares to Vivera Plant Steak. I don't know what I did before this came into my life. Highly recommended.

Delicious alternative to meat

What a delicious alternative to meat! One of the best vegetarian foods I’ve ever ate. Taste and looks like the real thing- ever comes on a vacuum packed tray like real meat! I would say the textures is similar to a medium cooked steak, the beetroot juice that runs thought it really gives the illusion you are cooking real meat. Would give this product a solid 10/10!

My nans cushion.

The first bite brought memories of a 4 year old me chewing on my grandma's sofa cushions whilst hiding from doctor who. I was under no illusions that it would taste like steak and it really doesn't, but I didn't expect it to be a plant based alternative for my nans furnishings. I gave it a star for the great memories, thanks.

The worst thing I have eaten...ever

This is honestly one of the worst things I have eaten...ever. As somebody else's says...eat the packaging, it has more taste to it! A real shame as I love the kebab meat by this company and had high hopes for this steak.

Great taste, served with mashed potato and sliced steamed cauliflower. Personally, I like a slight bleed from the beetroot juice on the outside. Couldn't fault it.

Doesn’t taste like steak to me - but it’s still lovely - & i will definitely be adding this to my weekly shop. My husband who is a big steak fan - also loved it.

This was truly awful, chewy, and bitter with a weird aftertaste. I gave a bit to my steak loving cat and he turned his nose up at it.
