Rich flavour, use sparingly!

4 stars

Melts great, I started using it as I have had to introduce a dairy free diet for health reasons. obviously it’s a cheese alternative and isn’t going to taste like normal, I find it very rich so use sparingly as I can overpower whatever it’s used with, which I learned when I used it on a pizza!

Disappointing

2 stars

Very strange smell and flavour. Sprinkled on dish to bake in oven and this hardly melted and did not brown at all. 2 stars given for being dairy-free but cannot recommend this.

I buy this the odd time , last time I bought it my

I buy this the odd time , last time I bought it my grandmother who is a non vegan tried this and loved it! Now she buys it instead of normal cheese when she makes mac and cheese or the odd sandwich. Delicious , melts perfectly when cooked and in the oven. 10/10 . Tesco cheese range is defiantly better then violife by farrrrr.

Great Mozzarella for Pizza Fans!

5 stars

Amazing alternative on pizza! It need to be placed on top after tomato sauce, this is the only way it will melt heavenly - then you can put on top any fav ingredient! I really like this product!

Yes! Great product and not coconut smelling

5 stars

Absolutely lovely. I HATE coconut, to the point where im sick but this is totally fragrance free! Lovely addition to cooking!!

melts amazing idk why it isnt in my stores anymore

5 stars

melts amazing idk why it isnt in my stores anymore as it is cheap and tastes just like sheese mozzarella but is cheaper

Bad!!

1 stars

Smells and tastes like 1980's cheap burger cheese slices. Awful and the only thing even vaguely mozzarella like is the colour.

Close but the smell and taste is bad

2 stars

I think those raving about this are long term vegans and I'd imagine something like cheese is pretty thrilling. However, I'm not vegan I'm just trying to reduce the amount of meat and dairy I eat for environmental reasons. Texture wise it's not bad and it does melt to a degree - but it can burn in a way cheese won't. But crucially is it smells and tastes hideous. Not quite enough to make you gag but not far off

Great stuff!

5 stars

I don't think I would have known the difference between this and grated mozzarella cheese—except maybe this tastes better! Slightly more cheesy taste than mozzarella. It is actually nice to eat as it is before melting. Melted it into a sweetcorn chowder type dish and it behaved just like the 'real' thing. Haven't tried it on pizza yet, but am confident it would be good. Very happy with it and will purchase again.

The best melty cheese

5 stars

Once melted, and it melts really well, this is so yummy. I sprinkle it on jacket potato, veggie cottage pie, toast with tomato on top. Anything that needs some cheese.
