Preparation and Usage

Simple to prepareThese Whole Chestnuts are ready to use straight from the pack, at room temperature or to cook with.A recipe for changeFor a rich and hearty pie, fry sliced leeks with butter (or alternative) in a deep pan. Stir in flour, then slowly add stock until thick. Add chopped asparagus, Dijon mustard, peas, chopped chestnuts and mix. Spoon into a pie dish, top with ready-rolled puff pastry and bake for 25 minutes until golden. Serve and enjoy!
