- The Iberian pig is a unique which lives only on the Iberian Peninsula. In Spain it is found mostly in the provinces of Badajoz, Cáceres, Córdoba, Huelva, Sevilla, Cuidad Real, Toledo and Salamanca. The Iberian pig is raised in a semi wild state in the open, following a controlled, traditional diet of herbs and roots from the earth, which gives its meat an excellent, natural aroma, as well as a fine taste and texture.
- Packed in a protective atmosphere.
- Matured for a minimum of 24 months
