  • Malbec - Red Argentinean Wine
  • Arte de Argento celebrates the creative heart of Argentina's modern cultural identity and the country's thriving contemporary art scene. The rest of the world is finally taking notice of the unique vision of today's most dynamic argentine artists. In Argentina, art is everywhere you look - from the streets of Buenos Aires to the way we make wine in Mendoza. This vibrant Malbec is delicious by itself, but also makes a great accompaniment to steak and other grilled red meats.
  • Sourced from vineyards at the foothills of the Andes, this medium-bodied, fruit-driven Malbec offers concentrated aromas of blackberry and a hint of chocolate. Fresh flavours of black cherry and ripe red fruit are complemented by a touch of spice on the palate. Soft, silky tannins lead into a smooth, long finish.

Cracking Malbec

Review from

There is no doubt that Malbec has been deservingly becoming ever more popular as the choice expands This Arte was purchased in store as it was out of stock online and I prefer to try a couple of bottles before committing to a case. Although this version is packed with fruit it is not as moorish as some Malbecs can be, it is more European in style with just a touch of dryness like a Cabernet, lovely colour that is still there on the rim this should keep awhile. Again on the noise it is a beautiful fruity fragrance and there is some aftertaste, very good wine for the price and I returned to store to buy more before it sells out. I have now ordered some of the other new Malbecs that Tesco are stocking and it will be interesting as to where they fit in to what is now quite an impressive line up of this grape.
