Absolutely vile. Tasted like it had made from a mixture of old car battery acid and the juice squeezed from 100 sumo wrestlers jockstraps. Undrinkable - unless you are a homeless wino.
Great value everyday wine.
Great value everyday wine. Enough tannin to keep the pallet alive, fresh forest fruits, not too much sweetness and a decent finish. This wine heads off a couple of the well-known brands that cost a £ or 2 more.
my go-to Beaulojais
very good quality & taste .No-one else seems to have any for sale. .Why such thick glass bottles?
a nice wine

Excellent quality example of this light fruity red
Excellent quality example of this light fruity red, you will not get a better example anywhere in the UK. Would get 5* if it wasn't for the inconsistency i.e.not all bottles are as good.
Pas mal !
Not bad at at all. At that price, it was surprisingly smooth.
Wine expert recommendation...
Recommend by a wine expert on the telly so thought I'd give it a go...light, fruity, just as described. Easy drinking without pairing with food, although some brie and crackers would be lush with this wine. My favourite red after jammy red roo. Superb price!
It's amazing. Very smooth, pleasant, and tasty.
Real value for money Beaujolais: I love it.
I am no expert, but I do love Beaujolais, and in terms of value for money and easy drinking this is among the best money buys.
Great value Beaujolais!
Fragrant blend of cherry cranberry nose coupled with a flavoursome aftertaste. Drink with canapés, great with food or on its own. Excellent value!
