Always very tasty, when mixed with chopped bacon and cooked in the oven. We take haggis out of casing, mix with chopped bacon, add 200 ml water, cook in the oven for an hour. Keep checking as you may need to add more water to stop haggis drying out during cooking.
Macsween haggis is the best. I don’t buy any other brand of haggis they have the spices just right and it’s not greasy
