Supercharged corn on the cob recipe

  1. Very finely chop 2 rashers of smoked streaky bacon
  2. Fry the bacon in a large non-stick frying pan on a high heat for 2 mins
  3. Add 50g fine breadcrumbs, then pick in 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary (if using)
  4. Fry for a further 4 mins, or until golden and crisp and then tip out onto a plate and leave to cool
  5. Add 4 corn cobs to the same pan and cook for 10 mins, until tender and charred, turning occasionally
  6. Finely grate 30g Parmesan onto a clean plate
  7. Spread 4 tbsp yogurt onto another plate and squeeze over half of 1 lime
  8. Dust with ¼ tsp paprika, then drizzle over 1 tbsp oil and mix well. Season to taste, if needed
  9. Roll each cob in the yogurt, then the cheese and finally the breadcrumb mixture
  10. Press down so all the flavours stick to the outside
  11. Cut the remaining lime half into wedges for squeezing over, and get stuck in!
