- Drain 850g lychees in syrup, reserving the juice. Stuff 9 lychees with black grapes, and 9 lychees with white grapes. Divide the lychee 'eyeballs' between 6 tumblers.
- Put the reserved lychee juice in a large jug with the 1ltr sugar-free ginger beer and 1ltr sugar-free limeade or lemonade. Add enough green food colouring to turn the liquid a bright green. Pour it over the 'eyeballs' just before serving.
