Preparation and Usage:

Serves: 2 as a main meal.
How to cook...
Do not eat raw.
1. Bring 280ml water or stock to the boil in a large saucepan.
2. Stir in half of the pack (112.5g) of Great Scot Roasted Vegetable Cous Cous into the boiling water.
3. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until all of the water has been absorbed.
4. Remove from heat and stand for 3-5 minutes, separate the grains with a fork before serving.
When cooked according to instructions, 112.5g of uncooked Roasted Vegetable Cous Cous weighs approximately 400g when cooked.
