Rosé French Wine

A lovely salmon colour with pomegranate highlights. A fruity nose of strawberry, hazelnut and mint. On the palate, it is fresh. Its attack is round, frank and fleshy.

Vinification Details:

Short macerations on skins in order to extract the colour and the precursors of aromas. Fermentation at low temperature to develop the aromatic potential. Alcoholic fermentation stops when the level of residual sugar reaches 16g/
