Try this tasty Chinese vegetable as an alternative to cabbage in stir fry’s to
enjoy their crunchy stalks and soft leaves.
- For maximum freshness, keep refrigerated. Wash before use.

Number Of Uses:
Ginger pak choi stir-fry
•5cm (2in) ginger, peeled
• 1tbsp vegetable oil
• 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 400g (13oz) pak choi
Cut ginger into matchsticks. Heat oil in a wok. Add ginger, garlic and 50ml
(2fl oz) water and simmer for 2 minutes.
Trim base of pak choi. Slice in half lengthways. Add to wok and cook for 2
minutes, tossing constantly. Serve on a bed of noodles with drizzle of soy
