Helen’s ‘homecoming’ lamb

All our tender, tasty lamb is grass-fed

Now her boys are grown-up and have left home, Helen really misses cooking a roast and getting the family round the table. But this weekend, they’re all back for her special salsa verde crusted leg of lamb – with all the trimmings. She can’t wait to have them home… but just for a couple of weeks!

Birdie’s ‘Everybody welcome’ jerk chicken

Made with our juicy, fresh British chicken for a full flavour

Having opened up her home to more than 800 foster children over the years, Birdie’s house can get quite busy – especially at dinner time! But she loves cooking, and her delicious jerk chicken is a great dish to welcome new children into the family (and can easily be made for large crowds).

Sal’s ‘surprise me’ cauliflower steaks

Dressed with tangy pomegranate for a burst of flavour

When Sal met her boyfriend, they seemed to be the perfect match – apart from the fact she’s vegetarian and he most definitely isn’t. But, to Sal’s delight, he loved her cauliflower steaks and has since been converted; well, on Thursday nights, at least.

Frank’s  ‘accidental’ salmon

All our fresh, delicious salmon is responsibly sourced

When Frank accidentally broke his whole salmon in half, he had a moment of genius, inspired by a recipe he found for salmon Wellington. A quick trip to Tesco for some puff pastry, and the meal was saved – now he can pass it off as his signature dish.
