About us

Welcome to Yellow Moon

Yellow Moon (and its parent company is a family owned and run business. Established in 1974, we specialise in selling children’s arts and craft products and pocket money toys.

For smaller items, we will enlist the services of a select number of national parcel carriers to deliver as soon as possible.

Yellow Moon has been importing and distributing arts and crafts products to individuals, schools, playgroups, charities etc. for over 40 years, and now supply hundreds of thousands of customers every year.

We offer for sale thousands of unique own designed products under the Baker Ross brand. Designed by our own team of designers, the vast majority of our products are exclusive to us.Our product ranges are either based around occasions including Christmas, Easter, Halloween, Mother’s Day, Father’s day, Chinese New Year or themes such as pirates, dinosaurs, owls, seaside, princess, nativity, flowers plus many more…….

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

Standard delivery items will be shipped by either Royal Mail or Yodel. Express delivery items will be shipped by Yodel.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse from Mondays to Fridays (excluding bank holidays). For orders placed over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday we will dispatch this item on the next working day to reach you within the timeframes outlined above.

Delivery locations and exceptions

We ship to all areas of the UK. You will be sent a dispatch confirmatin email detailing the courier used and any tracking information.

Requirements to sign for delivery

Most of our items will not require a signature. You may be asked for a signature if it is an express item or a large order.

Missed delivery

If we try to deliver and you are not available our courier will leave a calling card to advise you what to do next. If you would like us to help rearrange your delivery, please let us know.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found here Returns Policy page.

We are happy to accept returns for all of our products.

Charges for returns

Please note that we are not liable for the cost of returning goods to us unless the goods are defective or have been sent in error.

All of our items can be returned using the Royal Mail.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

Please use the Returns Form sent with your order.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
