Our success is firmly rooted in the 20 years of experience Winchester Leather holds within the industry. We’ve not only survived as a business, but we’ve flourished – even through the recent economic recession. This is because we treat every customer as though they’re family; our particular brand of personal customer service, teamed with the high standards of hand made furniture and value for money we offer guarantees a service like no other. We have too many happy customers to count, and we’re always adding to the list.

We pride ourselves in being able to say we take customer service to the next level. Our entire process is built around providing the very best customer experience possible. Winchester Leather manufacture each sofa in house and they’re made-to-order, meaning we offer a fully bespoke service. No matter the size or shape of the settee you’re after to complete your home, Winchester Leather can deliver.

With experts with experience in all the right places – manufacture, upholstering, logistics and finance, to name a few – we’re in the perfect position to offer a shopping experience like no other. Our furniture is of the highest quality, yet boasts lower than average prices! This is down to the Winchester Leather team working closely together in handling everything, from taking your order to shipping it. We keep our overheads low and pass the savings on to our customers, after all – without you, where would we be?

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

We dispatch our items from Monday to Saturday using the following couriers: Own Delivery Service.

Delivery locations and exceptions

We ship to all areas of the UK. For outlying areas we will try to deliver to the timeframes above, but there may be some occasions when there might be a delay. In these circumstances we will contact you to let you know and keep you updated at all times.

Requirements to sign for delivery

All of our items will require a signature; please ensure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered.

Missed delivery

If we try to deliver and you are not available our courier will leave a calling card to advise you about what to do next. This will detail how many further delivery attempts we will make before the items are returned to us and you may be able to pick up your item from your local depot if this is more convenient. If you would like us to help rearrange your delivery, please let us know.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

Charges for returns

If you change your mind and wish to return your item you will need to pay for the cost of return. Of course, if the item you have received is damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return.

Unfortunately, none of our items can be returned by standard post and we estimate the cost of return to be £38.95.

We offer a courier service to assist you with returning unwanted items, which costs £38.95 and will be deducted from your refund. If you would like our help to arrange a courier collection, please let us know.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

Please contact us prior to returning your item so that we can issue you with a returns number. This helps us to identify your return and ensure we can process your refund quickly.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
