We ship our products using Royal Mail Monday to Friday. We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.
Delivery locations and exceptions
We deliver anywhere within the UK mainland.
All our items fit through a letter box so there is no chance for a missed delivery. If your item has not arrived, please e-mail us with your order details and we will do our best to help. Please wait at least 7 working days before contacting us.
Changed your mind?
That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page .
If you are not happy with your item, you can send it back to us within 30 days of ordering and we’ll happily refund the value of the goods. If you wish to exchange a ring for a different size please contact us first with your order number and the size you require. We will check we have this in stock and then we can arrange sending this out to you. You will need to pay for the postage charges to send the original ring back to us . We will cover the postage costs to send the exchanged ring out to you.
Charges for returns
You will need to pay for the cost of return postage for change of mind returns, otherwise if the item is damaged or faulty we will pay for the postage charges.
Please let us have any original packaging, tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.
You are responsible for ensuring the goods are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.
Is your purchase faulty or damaged?
We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us. Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you. Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
