At Wedo we believe in simplicity and comfort so we’ve carefully selected our product range to let you choose the best for your bedroom. When it comes to mattresses and furniture, we really know our stuff so that we can provide you with exactly what you need.

Our friendly customer team are always ready to answer any questions and offer knowledgeable advice when you need it. We love what we do and we’re happy if our customers are happy. We’ve learned a lot during our three years and have grown and adapted with our customers.

Whether you need an orthopaedic mattress to help with a bad back, some stylish storage for your bedroom or an easy guest room solution, our ranges are sure to offer what you need and everything else in between. Our range includes memory foam, latex foam, pocket sprung mattresses to suit a range of budgets and numerous combinations of all the above. We stock beds with storage, kids’ beds and glamorous beds for beautiful bedrooms.

We’ve put in the time sourcing the best bedroom brands, learning about their manufacturing methods so we feel confident offering a range we’re really proud of. We’re a team of avid online shoppers and we want to be able to find as much information, easily and quickly, so we apply that to our ranges, leaving no stone unturned so that our customers can see exactly what they want to. We want to make our customers’ online shopping as comfortable as possible, making their homes comfortable too.

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

We use a number of different carriers as well as some manufacturer's home delivery services. These are our main carriers:

XDP Express: they are the premier for flat pack furniture, small mattresses, small pre-built pieces of furniture who offer a next day service. Please note this is a one man delivery and it is to the "threshold" of your property only. The drivers are not insured to enter your premises.

Tuffnells Parcel Express: They primarily deliver our flat mattresses and provide next day delivery services. Please note that this is a one man delivery and is to the "threshold" of your property only. The drivers are not insured to enter your premises.Panther Distribution: They deliver products that require a 2-man white glove service. Primarily larger mattresses, divan sets and free standing furniture. Panther deliver products on a timed service, where the goods are delivered to your room of choice and on a day of your choosing.

Please note that once the item is on the delivery vehicle the drivers are instructed not to accept any verbal instructions and will deliver as per the consignment instructions.

For larger items that require use of a 2-man service, the carrier may call to agree a delivery date and time.

Our carriers only deliver Monday To Friday, 7am-8pm.

Requirements to sign for delivery

'Because of the nature of our products we do require a signature, or an appointed person to inspect the delivered item(s) and sign a delivery note to say that the item(s) are in 'as expected' condition. We must be notified of any and all damages by providing details of the damage, we would also ask that if possible images of the damage are also forwarded to us, using sany of the methods in our contact details.

Missed delivery

If for any reason you are not available to take the delivery, don't panic, as the carrier will leave a card saying they have attempted delivery which will have a telephone number or email address which you can contact to rearrange the delivery.

Time Deliveries Using Two-Man Carriers: as the the carrier will have prearranged the delivery with you, you should ensure someone is available to take your delivery.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found here Returns Policy page.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange or refund any mattresses, toppers or pillows which have been used, or removed from their plastic packaging unless they are faulty.

You will not be able to cancel an order and return any goods that were made to your explicit specifications or which have been personalised for your use. This includes made to order upholstered products.

Charges for returns

If you wish us to collect the goods, you must make the goods available for collection and during this time keep the goods in the same condition in which you received them. Wedo Shopping will deduct £20.00 for headboards, flat pack furniture, rolled mattresses and £50.00 for flat mattresses and assembled furniture from any refund to cover the cost of recovering the goods from you.

If you wish to use your own carrier then this fee is waived however you will be fully responsible for any damage or loss incurred by your chosen carrier.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any original packaging, tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.


In the unlikely event you want to return an item to us, please contact us quoting your order number and we will be happy to help.


Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
