Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.
Small items are delivered by parcel couriers, such as UPS and UKMail. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email indicating the estimated day of delivery and tracking number.
Large Parcels - 1 Man delivery (same as Tesco 2 Man). Some items are large based on weight and or dimensions and need to be delivered by a specialist carrier, such as XDP and Panther. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email indicating the estimated day of delivery and tracking number.
Large Parcels - 2 Man Delivery. The largest and bulkiest items need to be delivered by a two person specialist carrier, such as XDP and Panther. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email indicating the estimated day of delivery and tracking number.
IMPORTANT: All of our couriers deliver from Monday to Friday ONLY. We do not offer a Saturday delivery service.
Delivery locations and exceptions
Your parcel will usually be delivered within 1-3 business days for addresses on the UK Mainland. For deliveries to extended shipping areas such as the Highlands, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands, the delivery may take additional 5-7 business days.
Requirements to sign for delivery
Most of our items will not require a signature, however we will let you know about those items that do, so that you can arrange to be available for delivery.
If you are not available at the first delivery attempt, our couriers will leave a notifcation card with their contact details in order for you to rescheudle the delivery for a more convenient date.

Charges for returns
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. We stand by our products - if your order arrives damaged or defective or you'd like to order replacement parts, we can help right away.

Please let us have any original packaging, tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it's working, or used more than reasonably expected.
Non - returnable Items. We cannot accept returns on some items such as custom, special order, or clearance. Any items that are non-returnable will be clearly marked before you place your order.
Please keep in mind that once an order has dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and would require a return as per our standard returns policy. Further, refused deliveries will also fall under our returns policy and the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount of your order.
Is your purchase faulty or damaged?
We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn't, please contact us. Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you. Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
