Terms & Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except for anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of the prize draw

2. The prize draw will open on 19/04/16. Entries must be received by 09/05/16.

3. No proof of purchase required. Automatic entry by pre ordering catalogue number 788-2788. Anyone who has pre ordered before the prize draw went live will automatically be entered into the prize draw.

4. Only one prize per household.

5. The entry instructions form part of the rules. By entering, you agree to accept and be bound by the rules.

6. The prize draw will be held on 10/05/16. The five winners will be the first five entries drawn by an independent judge. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Each winner will receive £500 of Virgin vouchers which can be used towards Holidays, Travel and Days out. Virgin Voucher terms and conditions will apply. See for full details. You will have until 08/05/17 to redeem the voucher

8. Prize must be accepted as offered, and no prize can be exchanged in part or in full. There is no cash or alternative to the prize stated, and prizes are not transferable.

9. Winners will be notified by phone on 10/05/16.

10. Prizes not claimed within 14 days of the prize winner being notified will be redrawn and awarded to the new winner.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment. The promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

12. Winners’ names will be available after that date by emailing customer services. On entry, Winners agree for their name and county of residence to be shared with anyone who requests the winner's details.

13. The application and interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning them.
