What is it?

Tesco Remote Support is a service we offer through our Tesco Tech Support helpdesk, this enables us to remotely connect with your computer, allowing our specialist team to determine, and then fix, your computer’s problems.

How it works

If the Tech Support Engineer has determined that remote support is the next step you will be required to download the connection app this will enable them to take control of your machine to fix the PC problem – from software issues to setting up a printer – right there and then, much the same way as your IT department would at work.
