    Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

    TreatYourSkin send all UK orders via Royal Mail using either Standard, Recorded or Special Delivery where a signature is required to confirm delivery.

    Order Fulfilment 7 days a week - Royal Mail Collections Mon - Friday.

    Delivery locations and exceptions

    TreatYourSkin ship nationally throughout the United Kingdom. Methodsavailable: 1st Class, Special Delivery and Click & Collect.

    TreatYourSkin aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) where the orders will be dispatched the next working day.

    TreatYourSkin aim to deliver your order within 7 working days, but please allow up to 15 working days before contacting us. The UK 20.00% VAT is automatically deducted from the price.

    Requirements to sign for delivery

    Recorded or Special Delivery where a signature is required to confirm delivery. Please make sure someone is available to sign for the order you placed.

    Missed delivery

    If nobody is available to sign then you will be notified that the parcel is being held for collection.

    That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

    Charges for returns

    If an item which was ordered under "Free Shipping" and is later returned by Royal Mail because the item wasn't picked up by the recipient, or because Royal Mail couldn't deliver the parcel, the original shipping amount will be charged for re-delivery.

    Returns guidelines

    Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

    Any unused, unopened product may be returned for a full refund or exchange, within 30 days from original purchase date as long as you have submitted a return request and received a return authorization.When returning an item please do so with the original packaging to insure that the product is not damaged on its return journey. Please also ensure you get proof of delivery, either by receipt of tracking reference.EXCHANGES: We will be happy to authorize a return for an exchange on any unopened product. Please note: The customer is responsible for all shipping charges including the cost to ship an exchange. BACKORDERS: If a product ordered is out of stock at the time of shipping, we will automatically back order it and ship at no additional shipping cost when it becomes available.FREE SHIPPING ITEMS WHICH ARE RETURNED: If an item was ordered under ""Free Shipping"" and is later returned for a refund, the original shipping charge we incurred will be deducted from the amount refunded to your credit card. All returns made within the 7 day cooling off period receive a full refund.

    Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

    We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
