Totallygadgets has over 18 years experience in the telecoms market focusing primarily on mobile phone accessories, pda accessories & peripherals, music accessories and gadgets. We operate from state of the art premises near Bournemouth on the South Coast of England. Our advanced fulfillment system ensures that any orders you place with us are processed in a fast efficient manner.

Shipping charges apply to mainland UK, additional charges may apply to non-mainland UK and will be displayed during checkout.

Requirements to sign for delivery

Our express delivery service requires a signature upon delivery, if no one is available to sign for the parcel it will be returned to your local depot.

Missed delivery

If your item is returned to your local Interlink/ Tuffnels depot, you will be left a delivery card. You can either contact Interlink directly or contact our customer service department to arrange re-delivery.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

Charges for returns

We will only cover return postage costs where an item falls faulty or if an incorrect item has been delivered. A collection service can be arranged at a cost of £15.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

All unwanted items must be returned in a 'as new' condition, if the packaging is damaged please contact us to make us aware.

We do not offer diminished value refunds.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
