About us

Founded in 2001, we started life as a purely online sports retailer. Our unbeatable value and great customer service proved very popular, and we quickly expanded into more and more lines; anywhere we think we can deliver a better product at better value than anyone else around.

Our range now includes sports and fitness, home and garden, lifestyle, fashion, and much more (and is growing every day).

We ship hundreds of thousands of items every month all over the world. Our service has scaled with our growth; we currently employ around 50 people, all based in the Midlands, to man our customer service and aftersales warranty centre.

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

We will ship your parcel with any one of Royal Mail, DPD, Hermes, Parcelforce, DHL, Tuffnells or Yodel.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Delivery days are Monday to Saturday. Please note, larger items that require a 2-man delivery team are not eligible for express delivery.

Delivery locations and exceptions

You will receive email notification when your order has dispatched. You will also be informed of the carrier your parcel has shipped with and tracking information.

Missed delivery

If you are not in when delivery is attempted, a calling card will be left; please follow the instructions on it to rearrange delivery. If your delivery has not arrived within the stated timeframe, please email with your order number and we will resolve the problem.

Returns Policy

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

If you change your mind, you'll need to pay the cost of sending the items back to us

You can either arrange this yourself, or we can arrange a collection for a small fee. A collection from your home or place or work starts at £10, and goes up £50, depending on the weight and dimensions of the item. If the item you have ordered is under 10kg, and you are able to drop the item at a nearby CollectPlus outlet (typically, most newsagents and convenience stores, a list can be found at, then the return this way costs £3.50.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

Please make sure you contact us before returning an item, so we can ensure we are ready for your return and handle it swiftly.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
