About us

Launched in 2003, The Plasma Centre has grown to be the leading independent retailer of TV Stands, TV Brackets and Home Furniture in the UK. We offer TV Stands for everyone with prices ranging from less than £50 to over £5000. We have a TV Stand or bracket to fit any TV. Most products are stocked in our own warehouse or by our carefully selected suppliers which means we can offer Free Next Day delivery to your home. If you would prefer we also offer a free next day delivery to your local Tesco store. With a high street store to allow customers to view the products before making their purchase we offer the best possible service. We have grown our product range to offer goods for your entire home. Whether you need a new dining table, computer desk, bed, mattress, kettle, toaster or the latest Dyson Vacuum cleaner we have a product for you. We are an online department store that is fully integrated into the Tesco Direct website so you can buy from our extensive range at our competitive prices but still earn your Tesco club card points!

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

We use a range of market leading couriers to deliver our orders. In most cases a tracking link will be supplied.

We deliver our goods Monday to Saturday. Large items may not be able to be delivered on a Saturday but we will be in touch to advise if this is the case.

Delivery locations and exceptions

We aim to ship to all UK addresses. Exceptions may apply - we will contact you if there is a problem in your specific area

Requirements to sign for delivery

As we use insured couriers all of our deliveries require a signature to prove receipt of goods. Please try to ensure the goods are not damaged before signing.

Missed delivery

A card will be left. Please contact the courier to re-arrange.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind?

That's no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

Charges for returns

Customers will be responsible for the return of the goods to us and any return costs.We can collect the goods from you and will only charge you the cost the courier will charge us for the collection. Details of any charges will be advised during the return procedure.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

Please call us to arrange your returns RMA number. This will ensure your refund is processed as quickly as possible.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn't, please contact us. Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you. Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
