About us

Our aim is to provide you with a quality product at a reasonable price. Inspired by the Victorian era with great attention to detail. Our own range of rocking horses are made with children in mind, both for realism and enjoyment not only by their realistic look, but by offering the little extra touches like the accessory pack. This allows the child to look after and groom their horse, making the who experience more realistic for the child and proving longevity and imaginary play. Our belief is that every child deserves to feel special, we aim to provide a memorable and enjoyable experience for the child whilst playing with our products. Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

We ship our items with APC-Overnight, Parcelforce and Royal Mail. The couriers are a 1-2 day service from dispatch, and Royal Mail is First Class. We will include details of who is delivering your parcel when we confirm dispatch to you.

Items are shipped Monday to Friday, and either go out the same day or the next working day depending upon the time we receive your order.

Delivery locations and exceptions

We ship to all areas of the UK including Scottish Islands, NI and IOM.

Requirements to sign for delivery

All rocking horses and larger items sent by courier will require a signature. We will let you know who is delivering, and what day to expect delivery.

Missed delivery

If we try to deliver and you are not available, the courier should leave you with a calling card advising you what to do next to re-arrange the delivery.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

We are happy to accept returns for all our products.

Charges for returns

If you change your mind and wish to return your item you will need to pay for the cost of return. Of course, if the item you have received id damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return.

Most smaller items can be returned using Royal Mail, however, our large items will need to be returned by courier. We estimate the cost of returns to be £25 with "our" couriers for a large rocking horse (UK mainland only). This could be considerably more if you are off-shore, but we only charge you what it costs us on our preferential contract rates with the couriers. For change of mind returns, you can either arrange your own courier or we can arrange for our courier to collect from you (recommended). If you choose this option we will deduct the cost of the return from your refund.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

We hope that you enjoy your purchase, but if you wish to return it to us you can simply return the item to us yourself at the Post Office (making sure that you enclose your order details for identification) or, for large items, we recommend that you contact us to arrange courier collection for you with our own couriers at our preferential rates.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.

Just contact us on and we will advise you on the steps we will take to resolve the problem.
