Superfi is one of the UK’s largest hi-fi and home cinema specialists. We’re part of a company that’s been trading since 1929, and in this day and age you don’t last that long unless you know a thing or two about your products!

Express delivery £4.99 Order by 2pm* (Mon-Thu) for next day delivery

Standard Delivery is FREE on most items within the majority of the UK Mainland. Outside of this area, a courier-imposed surcharge will apply (see below)

Express Delivery (next working day before 12 noon*) £7.99

This guarantees delivery the next working day before 12 noon (excludes Saturday delivery). Available in the UK Mainland for orders placed before 2pm.

Saturday Delivery £16

Delivery can be made on a Saturday. Available to the UK Mainland.

Large/heavy product delivery £40

Very heavy or expensive items (such as large TVs) are delivered using a specialist courier service. Available to the UK Mainland.

*Next working day delivery guarantee applies to orders for in-stock items where the payment has cleared by 2pm. After 2pm we cannot guarantee dispatch of your parcel in time for next-day delivery, so your order may be delivered on the second weekday morning after placing your order. Orders for out of stock items will be dispatched for delivery the next working day after the product arrives in stock.

Outside the UK Mainland the following courier-imposed surcharges apply:

Delivery locations and exceptions

Deliveries to regions outside of the UK Mainland and the Scottish Highlands, which include any single item that weighs in excess of 30KG, are subject to a fixed surcharge of £100.

Televisions, plasma & LCD displays and furniture which include glass, cannot be delivered beyond the UK Mainland and Scottish Highlands. We regret that we are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses, or addresses beyond those regions listed above.

All delivery charges include insurance.

Requirements to sign for delivery

All items must be signed by you upon delivery.

Missed delivery

If there is no one present to sign for the delivery, our courier will leave a 'Sorry we missed you' card. We regret that we are only able to dispatch goods to the address listed on your order.

Returns Policy

Is your purchase not quite right?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

Charges for returns

We do not charge for any returns.

We require you to pay a minimum of £7.95 for returns subject to items ordered.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us. Within the first 30 days we will issue a replacement item to you. Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
