About us

We are an independent baby clothing and baby gift retailer, successfully trading online since 2010. Our vision is to offer you an outstanding range of baby clothes and gifts combined with outstanding service.This vision has grown with us, from selling baby clothes, to now having an extensive range which includes organic maternity tops, ethically made mum and dad t-shirts & gifts and kid’s t-shirts.

Quality is at the heart of everything we do, from our products to our customer service. The Spoilt Rotten team are dedicated to designing and producing the most comfortable baby clothing based on parents feedback and also ethically made baby clothing that is 100% Organic Cotton. We test our clothing just like your kids do. We stretch them, pull them, feel them, throw food at them and even eat and lick them. So we know our clothing is long lasting and the quality remains through use.

What We Do:

The team have passion, knowledge and expertise in the ranges we provide. The clothing is carefully designed and manufactured at to take into account who will be wearing it, from the stitching to the position of the printed design. We all have the same aim, which is to provide beautiful clothing ranges, with excellent personal service.

The Brand:

We have over 10 clothing ranges – each one carefully created by our team of designers. Every season, new clothing to the ranges will be added to keep up to date with your fashion tastes.Our fabulous bodysuits and baby t-shirts feature 100% Organic Cotton, and a funky Spoilt Rotten Milk Carton packaging. The designs are manufactured specifically for us, which means you will not find them anywhere else on the high street or online. Our clothing is Organic, not only for a softer feel, but also to help reduce irritation and allergies. We use no chemicals in the print to ensure no cotton fibres are damaged. Here at Spoilt Rotten we also feel we would like to make a difference with our clothing – that is why we run regular fund raisers, raffles and our website is constantly fund raising to help our selected charity at the time.

They come from all over the world – so we always use reliable delivery couriers to ensure all orders arrive safely and as quickly as possible and provide a number of different channels to contact us with any feedback or questions you may have to keep providing top standard customer service. On occasions our delivery company fail to deliver on time or on rare occasions you may receive a faulty product, please do not hesitate to contact us – we will do our best to resolve it immediately for you.

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

The fastest and most efficient delivery service is selected based on the delivery address you give, which is normally the RoyalMail and DPD.

Items are shipped on working days Monday-Friday.

Requirements to sign for delivery

Our Express delivery service will require a signature. If we cannot obtain a signature on delivery and it is missed, the item will be taken back to the depot and a calling card left for the item to be picked up at the collection depot within 7 days. Please remember to bring a form of ID with you upon collection. Certain collections depots will offer a redelivery service - details of these can be found on your card that is left.

Missed delivery

If you are not in when we attempt delivery, we will leave you a card so that you can rearrange redelivery or a collection at a convenient time, alternatively we may leave your parcel with a neighbour and leave you a card to advise you.

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found here Returns Policy page.

Charges for returns

If you change your mind and wish to return your item, you will need to pay for the cost of return. Of course, if the item you have received is damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

We strive for you to be completely satisfied with our products. If you are dissatisfied when you receive your goods, we can offer a refund for the product or an exchange for an alternative size. Refunds and exchanges will only be processed upon receipt of the returned goods.

Please note, when returning an item we strongly recommend sending the item back via recorded delivery to our 'Returns Department' at the address below. We cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us, items are your responsibility until we have received them. If for any reason postal costs are refunded we will only do this with recorded delivery and not special delivery (next day delivery).

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.

Please contact us prior to any return of a faulty product.
