We are an Online Furniture Retailer we have been trading for over 4 years now all our sales are online so we do understand how important it is to describe your items as clear as possible as they cannot be seen live before purchase. Over this time we developed huge amount of satisfied customers that happly pass over our details to their friends and family. We always trying to keep customer informed about there delivery dates and all our items are delivered with two men team. we deliver 7 days a week and we are flexible with times of delivery to suit busy schedules of most demanding customers.

We specialize in all sort of upholstered furniture mainly sofas in our offer we have wide range of Corner Sofas, 3+2 Seaters, Fabric and Leather sofas as well as Sofa Beds and Armchairs. We constantly add new models to our selections with new shapes and fabrics being introduced every 6 months thanks to this we always up to date with current market trends.

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

We dispatch our items from Monday to Sunday using the following couriers: BB Trading Ltd, PF Furniture ltd.

Delivery locations and exceptions

We ship to all areas of the UK. For outlying areas we will try to deliver to the timeframes above, but there may be some occasions when there might be a delay. In these circumstances we will contact you to let you know and keep you updated at all times.

Requirements to sign for delivery

All of our items will require a signature; please ensure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered.

Missed delivery

If we try to deliver and you are not available our courier will leave a calling card to advise you about what to do next. This will detail how many further delivery attempts we will make before the items are returned to us and you may be able to pick up your item from your local depot if this is more convenient. If you would like us to help rearrange your delivery, please let us know.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

Charges for returns

If you change your mind and wish to return your item you will need to pay for the cost of return. Of course, if the item you have received is damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return.

Unfortunately, none of our items can be returned by standard post and we estimate the cost of return to be 49.99.

We offer a courier service to assist you with returning unwanted items, which costs 49.99 and will be deducted from your refund. If you would like our help to arrange a courier collection, please let us know.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you. Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
