At RINKIT.com, you can select from a huge range of value-for-money items for your home and garden, including some exclusive own-brand products. In line with our wide selection, prices range from basics costing under £1 to quality luxuries at £1,000.

The business is expanding fast. Not only are we constantly adding amazing new items for you to choose, but we are gaining about 500 new customers every day and handling approximately 5,000 orders each week – all with the same tender loving care.

Thanks to our amazing customer service, we have around 60,000 x 99% feedback ratings – that's almost unheard of. In fact, we do a little dance every time we think of it (not really). We process 600 to 800 orders per day; that’s almost half a million orders per year. We are also the official partner of choice for several UK brands.

Most goods are held in our 12,500 ft² Littlehampton warehouse and you'll receive them surprisingly soon after you order.

In most cases, when you order by 4pm, we will pick, pack and dispatch your goods the very same day. The only exceptions are a few products that we have to order in specially for you.

Our customer service teams are based in the UK. We understand you need a quick answer, so you can phone and live chat with us anytime from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

If you send us an email, we promise to reply in less than 24 hours any day of the week, and usually much quicker than that – our 90-day average email response time is just four hours and 45 minutes.

Click & Collect FREE on all Tesco direct orders Order by 1pm (Monday-Friday) and collect in store next day
Express delivery £7.95 Order by 2pm (Monday-Friday) for delivery next day
Standard delivery(Small items) FREE Order by 2pm (Monday-Friday) for delivery within 2-5 days
Standard delivery(Large items) FREE Order by 2pm (Monday-Friday) for delivery within 7 days

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

We ship Items Monday-Friday.

Delivery locations and exceptions

If there is any problem with your order before it is dispatched we will let you know as soon as possible.

Requirements to sign for delivery

You will need to in to sign for your delivery, items that require a signature will be delivered between Monday-Friday 9-5pm.

Missed delivery

If you are not in to receive your order then a delivery note will be left and delivery will be re-attempted If by a courier.

Returns Policy

Changed your mind?

That's no problem. All Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

Charges for returns

We would recommend using Royal Mail for parcels up to 2kg (it should cost in the region of £3) anything over this we would recommend using an appropriate company but we do not think it will cost any more than £6-£7. You should retain proof of postage. If the goods don't arrive back with us, we will be unable to give you a refund. Refunds are made promptly. If the returen is simply for a change of mind then the cost of return will be down to the customer.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
