PureFitness & Sports is a privately-owned fitness and sports retailer, founded on 1st May 1995, supplying quality home fitness and gym equipment throughout the UK. We’re now into Europe too, under the trading name of Pure-Tec Ltd. Like you, we have a real passion for sports and fitness, and our goal is to become the No.1 fitness and sports retailer in the UK, and eventually Europe. We aim to do this by providing our customers with the best shopping experience online, with un-paralled customer service. We provide leading quality high street brands at affordable prices, so anyone can bring fitness into their home.

Being a 'bricks & mortar' company operating from 35,000 sq ft of warehousing in Kingston-upon-Hull, East Yorkshire, we are able to give consumers what they want, when they want it. Our close relationships with major manufacturers mean our customers will always find great deals on excellent products 365 days a year. Our large buying power enables us to buy in bulk and buy direct straight from the manufacturers, which allows us to offer genuine savings on suggested retail prices. All products advertised are physically in stock, available and ready for dispatch from our national distribution centre. This enables us to dispatch the same day, and ensure free next day deliveries on the vast majority of orders.

We have a fully stocked in-house parts department as well, to guarantee efficient turnaround of replacement parts, so your equipment remains in use for years to come.

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

Due to the variation of products we offer, we use a range of different couriers to delivery our products. However, our couriers are only insured to deliver your order to the outside of the property. They are unable to take any products upstairs or downstairs or inside the property itself. This is important to flat owners because the couriers will only be able to deliver to the ground floor of the premises.

Due to the weight and size of our larger products, we can only deliver using a pallet delivery company. Where possible, the pallet delivery company will position your order as close to your property as possible. However, they cannot take the product off the pallet. This is a one-man delivery service, so unfortunately the driver is unable to take items into your property.

We can also offer a free two-man delivery service on these larger items, however it will take 5-7 working days. Please contact us if you would like this two-man service. Delivery is within 5-7 working days depending on your location. Our two-man delivery team will pre-book a delivery date and specify an AM or PM slot. On the day of delivery, the two-man team will contact you an hour before estimated arrival. Your order will be delivered to your room of choice (access permitting). Applicable to UK Mainland orders only.If you would like a specific delivery date, please let us know and we can ensure your order is delivered on the requested date.

All orders are dispatched Monday - Friday on a working day delivery service.

Delivery locations and exceptions

We are able to ship to anywhere within the UK however additional charges will apply for delivery to any offshore location such as N.Ireland, Scottish Islands and the Isle of Man. Delivery is free to the Grampian and Highland regions however please allow 2-3 days for delivery.

Requirements to sign for delivery

Customers are required to sign for their order on delivery, unless specific delivery instructions are given prior to the order been dispatched.

Missed delivery

If you miss your delivery, our couriers will leave a calling card for you to contact them directly and arrange another delivery date on a more convenient working day, or alternatively, please feel free to contact our customer service department, who can reschedule the delivery date for you as well.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Is your purchase not quite right?

That's no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found here Returns Policy page.

For health & safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on food supplement products.

At PureFitness & Sports we want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your product, therefore we operate a no-quibble 30 day money back guarantee, including free return collections should you decide your purchase is not suitable. You can return your purchase for any reason within the 30-day period after purchase.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

All we ask is that you dismantle and re-package the product should you wish to return it. You can even assemble it and try it for a couple of weeks, then should you decide you want to return it, you are more than welcome to within the 30 day period. Please email for a returns authorisation number and to arrange a suitable collection date via our courier collections service.

We will process a refund within 5-10 days of your order arriving back to us.

Items under 1kg must be sent back to us via 2nd Class Royal Mail Recorded service, with the purchase invoice stating whether a return or exchange is required. We will credit you back for the full postage amount. Please also contact us for a returns authorisation number prior to dispatch.

In the event that an exchange is required for the same product due to a product defect, we will arrange for the collection of your faulty product and the delivery of the replacement to take place on the same day.

We may use different couriers for the collection and delivery, so we cannot guarantee the collection and delivery will take place at the same time with the same driver.

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the returns procedure above and proceed to place a new order on our website at your own convenience.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn't, please contact us. Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you. Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
