Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

Prepaymania use three courier services depending on the product and the speed of delivery required. Rpyal Mail, UPS and DPD are the services used. Some items maybe trackable items and these details are available upon request.

Items are shipped on business days, Monday to Friday we do not ship on public holidays.

Delivery locations and exceptions

Shipping days are classed as Monday to Friday except on conditions where the Royal Mail is used, in these instances Saturday's are also classed as a business day.

Requirements to sign for delivery

Depending ion the items(s) you have ordered a signature maybe required. If a signature is not available you will receive a card through your letter box informing you on ways to retrieve your parcel.

Missed delivery

In cases where a signature is required a card will be left should a signture not be available. The card will give full details on how to arrange or cellect your delivery.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

Charges for returns

Should you deside you do not require your purchase within the terms amd conditions of Tesco's 'changed your mind policy' you will be required to pay for the return postage. We recommed you use a signed for service.

A typical handset should cost approx £6.50 if you returned on a signed for service.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any original packaging, tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

If you decide you wish to return your item for repair or redund please email our customer service team, (contact details can be find under contact us) and they will be happy to supply you with a retruns number and guide you on what is required for the item(s) to be returned.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us. Within the first 28 days we will issue a replacement item to you. Outside of the first 28 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
