About us

Perfume Click are a UK based online retailer of fragrance and beauty products.

Founded in 2009, we focused on combining our expertise in the fragrance and beauty sector with the latest technology, to offer customers an unparallel choice and superior service.

Our fragrance range includes the latest designer and celebrity perfumes and aftershaves for both men and women, including Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss, Issey Miyake and Ralph Lauren. We also have an extensive range of hundreds of fragrance gift sets.

Our beauty range offers skincare products (including cleansers, moisturisers and anti-aging), haircare products, cosmetics (including eye and lip make-up, foundations, mascara and nail varnish), bath & body products and suncare products (including fake tan and sunscreens).

All our products are dispatched from our Manchester base.

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

We dispatch our items from Monday to Friday using the following couriers: Royal Mail.

We operate from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding Bank Holidays. For orders placed over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday we will dispatch this item on the next working day to reach you within the timeframes outlined above.

Delivery locations and exceptions

We ship to all areas of the UK. For outlying areas we will try to deliver to the timeframes above, but there may be some occasions when there might be a delay. In these circumstances we will contact you to let you know and keep you updated at all times.

Requirements to sign for delivery

Some of our items require a signature; we will let you know about those that do so that you can arrange to be available for delivery.

Missed delivery

If we try to deliver and you are not available our courier will leave a calling card to advise you about what to do next. This will detail how many further delivery attempts we will make before the items are returned to us and you may be able to pick up your item from your local depot if this is more convenient. If you would like us to help rearrange your delivery, please let us know.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind?

That's no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

Charges for returns

If you change your mind and wish to return your item you will need to pay for the cost of return. Of course, if the item you have received is damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return.

All of our items can be returned by standard post.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

Please contact us prior to returning your item so that we can issue you with a returns number. This helps us to identify your return and ensure we can process your refund quickly.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn't, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
