WHO ARE WE?
Oxford Vitality, we are one of the leading independent dietary supplement companies manufacturing in the United Kingdom. Based in Oxfordshire, our products are distributed worldwide, utilizing all the major online market places as well as independent and wholesale retailers. We choose to manufacture in the United Kingdom to assure our supplements have been produced to the strictest guidelines in the best possible facility. Strong emphasis is placed on the quality of our products and services. Our well-trained staff await to assist you with any enquiries.

PRODUCT RANGE
We believe in delivering excellent products at competitive prices. Our ever increasing range already consists of over 100 stock items including herbal supplements, health foods, vitamins and minerals. When you buy any of our products, you are buying direct from the manufacturer. We believe the simplicity of our business model removes unnecessary transport and added costs incurred with a long chain of commerce, helping us to offer you the best possible prices with the least environmental impact. We manufacture our products in an approved facility in Oxfordshire. Our facility is recognised by the FSA (Food Standards Agency) and the MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare product Regulatory Association). QUALITY ASSURANCE
We operate rigorous quality management systems that have been developed in conjunction with our suppliers in an effort to attain the same high level of dedication that you expect as the customer. These management systems operate on a precautionary principle and are supported by a range of on-site audits and product testing. Suppliers are also required to meet a range of quality, safety, environmental and social standards. If ever the need be we are able to operate a system of public recalls. We believe in a system based approach to food safety and quality, with ever improving cycles. With these systems we can assure our products and services will always improve. After all, your health is our science.

ENVIRONMENTAL & SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
As part of our efforts to maintain Oxford Vitality as a leading manufacturer and supplier of quality healthcare products and food supplements, we fully recognize and appreciate our position within the environment, and as such we making a continual effort to lower our Carbon footprint. We are both confident and determined that we will achieve Carbon Positive by 2018. We are currently working with the charity Life For African Mothers by donating pre natal dietary supplements to mothers in West Coast Africa. It is our first venture with this amazing Charity, but we understand the longest of journeys begins with the smallest of steps.

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

We dispatch our items from Monday to Friday using the following couriers: Royal Mail and Yodel.

Delivery locations and exceptions

We ship to all areas of the UK. For outlying areas we will try to deliver to the timeframes above, but there may be some occasions when there might be a delay. In these circumstances we will contact you to let you know and keep you updated at all times.

Requirements to sign for delivery

Some of our items require a signature; we will let you know about those that do so that you can arrange to be available for delivery.

Missed delivery

If we try to deliver and you are not available our courier will leave a calling card to advise you about what to do next. This will detail how many further delivery attempts we will make before the items are returned to us and you may be able to pick up your item from your local depot if this is more convenient. If you would like us to help rearrange your delivery, please let us know.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

Charges for returns

If you change your mind and wish to return your item you will need to pay for the cost of return. Of course, if the item you have received is damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return.

Most of our items can be returned by standard post. For those that can't we estimate the cost of return to be £2.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn't, please contact us. Within the first 30 days we will issue a replacement item to you. Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
