Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

We have partnered with Yodel to ensure that you can count on a fast and safe delivery.

We operate from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding Bank Holidays. For orders placed over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday we will dispatch this item on the next working day to reach you within the timeframes outlined above.

Delivery locations and exceptions

We ship to all areas of the UK. For outlying areas we will try to deliver to the timeframes above, but there may be some occasions when there might be a delay.We do not deliver on Saturdays.

Requirements to sign for delivery

We'll send you an email to confirm when we ship your items. All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you know you won't be at home, why not consider arranging delivery to your work or a friends address? Yodel's latest delivery time is 6pm Check the packaging for damage and make a note of this when signing. Please only sign as received in good condition if that is actually the case. If the goods have obviously been damaged in transit, please refuse delivery and call us

Missed delivery

If you're out when the courier arrives, they will leave a calling card. Please contact the courier directly to arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. If they're still not able to deliver on the third attempt, they may request you collect the order from their depot or return the item to us.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind?

That's no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

Charges for returns

If you change your mind and wish to return your item you will need to pay for the cost of return. Of course, if the item you have received is damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return.

For change of mind returns you can either arrange your own courier/return method or we can arrange for our courier to collect from you. If you choose this option we will deduct the cost of the return from your refund. If this is the case we estimate the cost of courier returns to be approximately £15.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if you wish to return it to us you can do so by following these instructions: -

When returning an item to Ourdoorcampingdirect for refund, exchange or faulty replacement it is essential that you fully complete the our returns form and include it with your return within the package.

The reason for using a returns label is that it helps us identify your return when we receive it and avoids any delays in processing your refund. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting for all returns and consider insurance for higher value returns. Unfortunately, we are unable to process your return unless we receive the goods from you.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn't, please contact us. Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you. Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
