Online Kitchenware is an online retail specialist based in North Yorkshire and we have been trading for over 6 years. As we only sell online we are able to totally dedicate our time and resources to our online customers.

We pride ourselves in our customer service and do all we can to ensure that your order is delivered in the best possible manner. We have a team of experts who can ensure our high standards are maintaned throughout your buying experience with us.

Our product range is predominately for the kitchen and dining room. We personally choose all the product which we sell to ensure that the quality and value are excellent.
We offer many useful kitchen gadgets, cookware, bakeware and pans together with a good range of dining accessories and serving dishes. We sell anumber of top brands who have a reputaion for good quality products and many items include warranties.

Our products make excellent gifts especially if you are looking for something unusual, or brands which are more unique such as Roy Kirkham fine bone china, Lolita Designs glassware, Leslie Gerry kitchen accessories and London Pottery teapots.

Delivery Information

Delivery rates and timescales

Standard delivery (Small Items) FREE Order by 3pm (Monday-Friday) for delivery within 2-5 days
Standard delivery (Large Items) FREE Order by 3pm (Monday-Friday) for delivery within 7 days

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

Standard delivery is with Royal Mail 48 Service or DPD depending on the size and value of the order. We will confirm who will be delivering your order when we send notification that your order has been despatched by us.

Express delivery is with DPD on a 24 hour service.

DPD provide a tracking reference which will be emailed in the despatch notification email. In addition if you provide an email address or mobile phone number the DPD Predict service will advise you of a one hour delivery slot on the morning of the delivery day.

We operate on Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, excluding Bank Holidays.

Delivery locations and exceptions

Please note we do not despatch orders on Saturdays, any orders recieved after 3pm on Friday will be despatched the following Monday.

Requirements to sign for delivery

If your order is sent with DPD a signature will be reqiured on delivery.

Missed delivery

If you order is sent with DPD you will receive a text message or email with a one hour delivery estimate. If this is not convemient you can follow the link on the message and rearrange the delivery.

If your order is sent with Royal Mail and you are not at home when they deliver then they will leave a card and you can collect your parcel from the local sorting office.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind?

That's no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

We are happy to accept returns for all of our products.

Charges for returns

If you wish to return your order to us you will be responsible for the return postage cost.

All items are returnable by Royal Mail post. If you need any advice on this please contact us.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

Please include a copy or note of your original order number in any return package in order that we can establish who to contact.

We recommend you obtain proof of posting for any returns and consider insurance for higher value items as we cannot process the refund until the items have been received by us.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn't, please contact us. Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you. Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
