Colourful and technical camping and caravanning gear designed for the Great British Outdoors.

We’re a UK based brand with every person in the company, from the board room to the warehouse, loving the Outdoors. OLPRO came about, back in 2011, because we felt there just weren't any good quality camping and caravanning products aimed at families who also wanted something fun, funky and made for the real outdoors.

We design products in ‘families’ so that everything matches and looks great together. But looks aren't everything. We test all of our products to make sure they’re up to the job and built to withstand the rigours of life in the great wilderness.

Once we’re happy something is toddler and Dad proof, we go ahead and make it. OLPRO now sells over 250 products.

Many thousands of people are now using OLPRO melamine or staying away in an OLPRO tent and they're all enjoying the Great British Outdoors knowing the product they use has been made for them.

We’re based in the fantastic Malvern Hills and our offices are open from 9:00 to 5:00 during the week so give us a call on 01299 896959.

We specialise in canvas products such as tents & campervan awnings, melamine, chemicals such as our award winning toilet chemical Bottom & Top and essential camping and caravan accessories. We are also the UK Distributor for Safire BBQs & Leinwand Awnings.

Delivery Information

Delivery rates and timescales

Standard delivery £3.95 UK Mainland, £9.95 Scotland, Channel Isles and NI Standard delivery usually 3-5 days
Express delivery £5.95 UK Mainland, £14.95 Scotland, Channel Isles and NI Order by 2:30pm* (Monday-Friday) for delivery within 1-2 days

We use Parcel Force for all deliveries. All deliveries will be tracked and a tracking number can be supplied.

We ship every weekday (Mon-Fri), with the exception of Bank Holidays.

Delivery locations and exceptions

We ship to all areas of the UK. There is no express service to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands or Scottish Highlands, so parcels will take 3-5 days to arrive.

Requirements to sign for delivery

All deliveries must be signed for. If the you are not present to sign for the delivery then you will receive a card to arrange re-delivery or collection from a local depot.

Missed delivery

Re-Delivery is arranged with Parcel Force or can be collected from a local depot. Parcel Force will leave a card advising this. If you need any further help call us on 01299 896959.

Returns Policy

Changed your mind?

That's no problem. All Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

Charges for returns

Most of our items can be returned using the Royal Mail, however our larger items may need to be returned by courier. We can arrange collection for you of any item for £15. Charges for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands will be more. If you choose this option we will deduct the cost of the return from your refund.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

If you change your mind and wish to return your item you will need to pay for the cost of return. Of course, if the item you have received is damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.

If a customer has a faulty item within the items warrranty period (usually 12 months) please email aftersales@olpro.co.uk and a repair or replacment will be arranged if the item has manufaturing faults. Everything is dealt with through aftersales@olpro.co.uk to ensure a speedy resolution of any problems.
