About us

We are a family run business offering beautiful handmade soft leather baby shoes. As parents ourselves, we have carefully selected the products using premium leather to ensure that the shoes are of the highest quality. We source the best quality products and are always looking for individual and beautiful designs.

The business began in 2010 after the birth of our daughter. My love of beautiful shoes for both myself and my daughters led me to source beautiful handmade shoes which now I can share with you. We are constantly evolving and always continuing to look for stylish and unique products from all over the world which will be adored, loved and treasured by little people and their parents, just like me.

Me and my 2 little girls love designing new shoes using different colours, textures and patterns which hopefully your little ones will love too.

Beautifully designed and handmade with attention to detail. Premium soft leather has been used giving the highest standards for wear, which allows feet to grow naturally.

They have non-slip soles which are ideal on wooden or tiled flooring. The elasticated ankle band makes them snug, easy to wear and ideal for wriggly little feet. They are perfect for babies learning to walk. These shoes are also perfect for toddlers and children up to 5 years old. They can be worn as slippers at home or perfect for use at nurseries. These shoes would make a perfect baby gift or addition to your little one's wardrobe.

All Olea London leather shoes are chrome free and are tested to ensure that the leather is safe from any nasty chemicals, which makes them perfect for little toe suckers. The leather conforms to British Standards BS EN 71-3:1994.

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

We dispatch our items from Monday to Friday using the following couriers: Royal Mail.

Delivery locations and exceptions

We ship to all areas of the UK. For outlying areas we will try to deliver to the timeframes above, but there may be some occasions when there might be a delay. In these circumstances we will contact you to let you know and keep you updated at all times.

Requirements to sign for delivery

Some of our items require a signature; we will let you know about those that do so that you can arrange to be available for delivery.

Missed delivery

If we try to deliver and you are not available our courier will leave a calling card to advise you about what to do next. This will detail how many further delivery attempts we will make before the items are returned to us and you may be able to pick up your item from your local depot if this is more convenient. If you would like us to help rearrange your delivery, please let us know.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

Charges for returns

If you change your mind and wish to return your item you will need to pay for the cost of return. Of course, if the item you have received is damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return.

All of our items can be returned by standard post.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

Please contact us prior to returning your item so that we can issue you with a returns number. This helps us to identify your return and ensure we can process your refund quickly.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
