Oak City Furniture is a family run business that stocks a wide range of Oak Furniture for sale in the UK. Our head office is based down in Cornwall in Redruth where we have our giant warehouse and distribute our items to the whole of the UK.

We don't have any stores and trade solely online meaning that we can keep our costs down and pass these savings direct onto our customers.

We offer a Free UK mainland delivery service using a selection of courier services meaning you save even more when you purchase oak furniture through us.

    Delivery rates and timescales

    Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

    We dispatch our items from Monday to Friday using the following couriers: UPS, XDP, HOME RETAIL and ARROW.

    Delivery locations and exceptions

    We ship to all areas of the UK. For outlying areas we will try to deliver to the timeframes above, but there may be some occasions when there might be a delay. In these circumstances we will contact you to let you know and keep you updated at all times.

    Requirements to sign for delivery

    All of our items will require a signature; please ensure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered.

    Missed delivery

    If we try to deliver and you are not available our courier will leave a calling card to advise you about what to do next. This will detail how many further delivery attempts we will make before the items are returned to us and you may be able to pick up your item from your local depot if this is more convenient. If you would like us to help rearrange your delivery, please let us know.

    Changed your mind?

    That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

    Charges for returns

    We will cover the cost of returning an item, whatever your reason for wanting to return.

    We offer a courier service to assist you with returning unwanted items. If you would like our help to arrange a courier collection, please let us know.

    Returns guidelines

    Please let us have any tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

    Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

    We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us.  Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you.  Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
